Phil has had a diverse career as a senior executive having developed extensive experience in all facets of business management through a hands on approach.  His activities have taken him on a journey around the world from Australia to the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and Middle East.

He has held positions as CEO, COO, CFO and CIO gaining operational experience in listed and private companies across multiple sectors including:  Mining & Resources, Banking, Industrial, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Beverage, Food, Packaging and Logistics.  He has been able to significantly improve the bottom line of many organisations.

Phil’s extensive CV includes Strategy and Innovation for a Global Mining Company, Operational Excellence in the Australian Banking sector, Digital transformation for a Global Packaging Company and Corporate finance & operational excellence for a leading resource company.

Additionally, his skill set includes M&A, Stakeholder Management, Business Planning, Risk, Economic Evaluations and Start-ups.  He is a highly capable facilitator in business transformation including operational excellence, benchmarking to world best practice, change management, process re-engineering and continuous improvement.

He has worked extensively as a mentor to senior business executives and managers and consultants to CEO’s in the areas of strategy, operational efficiency, risk and governance.
